圣亚纳堂华文团体设有华文团体委员会（简称华委），附属于堂区英文理事会，圣亚纳堂本堂神父或指定的本堂神父为华委神师。其宗旨是领导堂区各华文组织，回应天主给予我们的成圣召叫。在任务方面，策划及协调堂区各项活动，建设具有共融和福传使命的教会。 华委也参与新加坡总教区天主教华文教务委员会（简称教委）推动的华文牧灵教务。
圣亚纳堂目前华语弥撒是在每月第一和第三主日。在特别庆日，将安排多台弥撒，例如：农历新年弥撒，耶稣复活主日弥撒，诸圣瞻礼弥撒，等。
目前本堂共有七个华文团体组织；歌咏团，宣读组，辅祭组，派送圣体组，执勤组，成人慕道团和家庭玫瑰经组。这些组织的目的如下：

歌咏团: 在弥撒或聚会中，带领教友们以歌声赞美天主。歌唱是心灵喜乐的表現。圣奥思定有這句名言：“歌声是双倍的祈祷”。 若你能歌唱，对音乐有基本的认识，欢迎加入。
宣读组: 宣读员受委任在弥撒中宣读天主的圣言。宣读天主圣言是教会礼仪中非常重要的一項。宣读员必须是个热心教友，以身作则，热爱圣言，实践圣言，在弥撒中宣读天主圣言, 把救恩喜讯带给众人。有意加入者可联络宣读组负责人。
辅祭组:在弥撒中协助神父礼仪进行的各事项。在藉求学和工作的青少年，欢迎加入。
- 派送圣体组：派送圣体员是受委在弥撒中派送圣体给教友。
- 执勤组：主要负责收捐与协调圣事礼仪的运作如主日弥撒。这组织的服务宗旨是“热情好客”。 他们是第一个接触前来参与主日弥撒的教友。因此，他们是代表其他圣堂团体招待参与者，以礼以爱服务及接待前来参与弥撒的天主子民。如果你想要加入这团体，愿意奉献自己，服务天主，我们欢迎你成为这个大家庭的一分子。
成人慕道团：帮助教外人探索人生意义，认识自己，认识耶稣，认识人神之间的关系，并学习以基督的眼光去观看周围所发生的一切事物。慕道过程包括要理的传授，分享生活经验，圣经分享，祈祷，灵修活动等等。课程期限为期约1年。任何对天主教有兴趣的人士，都可报名参加慕道团，我们也欢迎教友再慕道。
家庭玫瑰经：玫瑰经是普世圣教会内最为神长教友喜爱的一种大众化祈祷方式。在玫瑰经中，借着重复诵念圣母经，举心向上，默观信德的各项奥迹。“因为她（玛利亚）的耳常倾听，她的心总敞开，向她祈祷永不失效”（教宗若望·保禄二世语）。主内兄弟姐妹集聚在一起，恭诵玫瑰经，这是多么温馨又神圣的画面。愿天主的爱在每一个家庭中传递。

本堂华文团体也积极参与堂区举办的活动，例如：圣亚纳堂主保日食物义卖会，圣母月敬礼圣母，神父欢送会，等。华委也参与教委所举办的牧灵教务，例如四旬期宣道会，共议同行，常委代表会议，等。
圣亚纳堂华委和团体组织，是由一群热心兄弟姐妹组成。热诚欢迎本堂区教友们挺身而出，前来为主为人服务。
