Society of Saint Vincent De Paul (SSVP)

The Vincentian Vocation 2

The vocation of the Society’s members, who are called Vincentians, is to follow Christ through the service to those in need and so bear witness to His compassionate and liberating love. Members show their commitment through person-to-person contact.

Vincentians serve in hope.

What we do…

The Society of St Vincent De Paul (SSVP) serves the poor and the less fortunate regardless of race or religion in the vicinity. St Anne’s SSVP is currently assisting families living around Sengkang area which is within our Parish Boundary.

We take the time and effort to look after our “Friends In Need” (FINS).  On the first Sunday of each month, we distribute food ration and provide monetary assistance for their financial, medical and educational needs. We also organize outings and Christmas parties for them.

Members meet twice a month in St Anne’s Church.

Every first Sunday of the month from 9am to 12pm

Every third Wednesday of the month from 8pm to 10pm.

If you sense the calling and passion for serving the poor and are interested in being part of the Vincentian family or would like to learn more, please contact Nancy at 85338063 or Alex at 98177956.
